Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order, and items should be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. Please note that custom orders, clearance items, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please email our customer support team at support@lampi.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) Number and detailed instructions for returning your item. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, clearly write the RA Number on the package, and include a copy of your receipt.
We cover return shipping costs if the item is defective or incorrect. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing of your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
